Welcome to the The Belgrove, a distinguished new property in the Pyramid Global Hospitality portfolio set to open this year as a 4-Diamond resort. Overview:

Imagine yourself in a meaningful role that will contribute to the successful launch of what is soon to be the newest private club & luxury resort in West Palm Beach with one of the most prestigious Golf experiences in Florida. Along with versatile dining, cool programming and a luxurious spa, your efforts will be crucial in implementing our brand's social strategy, highlighting every guest experiencefrom exclusive guest stays, executive retreats to over-the-top meetings and events.

Job Responsibilities:

Marketing:

  • Draft promotional materials/collateral and special event invitations
  • Collaborate with operational departments to ensure execution of special events.
  • Attend appropriate weekly and monthly meetings upon request.
  • Assist Director of Sales & Marketing with any/all other projects as directed.
  • Meet deadlines and timelines established by Director of Sales and Marketing
  • Manage and maintain database for fulfillment of direct mail and email campaigns within Brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate on leisure package offers and fulfilling corresponding offers to media via C+R
  • Maintain press material, photo library and social media files in conjunction with Regional Director of e-Commerce.
  • Handle gift certificates for charitable donations and maximize exposure.
  • Support DOS and General Manager in community engagement efforts
  • Participate where appropriate in related trade civic/business related functions and as a representative of Pyramid and the promotion of the property or properties and/or the city/region
  • Provide analysis necessary to support the development of the annual business plan and ongoing measurement.

Social:

  • Execute a results-driven social media strategy.
  • Develop, create and curate engaging content for social media platforms.
  • Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content across multiple social media platforms and digital channels.
  • Attend events and produce live social media content.
  • Maintain unified brand voice across different social media channels.
  • Collaborate with Director of Sales & Marketing and PR company to create a social media calendar.
  • Monitor social media channels for industry trends.
  • Drive social media strategy to generate online following and growth of all Facebook, Instagram and future social media accounts
  • Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments as needed.
  • Review analytics and create reports on key metrics.
  • Assist in the development and management of social media marketing of content creators & influencer marketing strategy.

Your workweek will never be dull, and your schedule may fluctuate based upon events and happenings in the Resort, however, is mainly a structured 40-hour Monday through Friday schedule. For example, you might be working with a content creator over a weekend stay.

Qualifications:

Social Media Coordinator Qualifications / Skills:

  • Passion for social media and proficiency with major social media platforms and social media management tools
  • Proficiency with video and photo editing tools, digital media formats, and HTML
  • Excellent social listening skills
  • Ability to understand historical, current, and future trends in the digital content and social media space
  • Strong copywriting and copy-editing skills
  • Top-notch oral and verbal communication skills
  • Impeccable time management skills with the ability to multitask
  • Detail-oriented approach with ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing or related field
  • 1-3 years experience with B2C social media marketing or content development
  • Direct experience using social media management tools (ie. Hey Orca, Hootsuite, Sprinklr)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premier Pro) or equivalent digital media editing tools a plus.
