Location: Columbus, OH (Hybrid: WFH Monday/Wednesday/Friday, In-Office Tuesday/Thursday)

Pay Rate: $27-$34/hour (DOE)

Russell Tobin is partnering with an innovative American fashion retailer to find a dynamic Specialist, Social Media Content Marketing. If youre passionate about Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest, and have a knack for creating engaging content that resonates with Gen Z, this role is for you!

What Youll Do:

• Create & Curate: Develop compelling social media content (videos, images, infographics, captions) tailored for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
• Collaborate & Conceptualize: Partner with creative and marketing teams to bring social media strategies to life, ensuring all content aligns with brand voice and social KPIs.
• Trend Tracking: Identify emerging trends and cultural moments, leveraging them to authentically engage with our audience in real-time.
• Content Capture: Capture and edit both motion and still content, delivering top-notch social visuals.
• Relationship Building: Foster strong internal and external partnerships to maximize content impact.
• Drive Engagement: Lead with an entrepreneurial mindset to explore out-of-the-box ideas and execute them flawlessly.

What Were Looking For:

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in social media content creation, with a strong on-camera presence (professional or personal).
• Trendsetter: Deep understanding of social media trends, hashtags, and engagement strategies, especially with a Gen Z audience.
• Creative Skills: Proficiency with creative tools like Adobe Suite, Photoshop, etc.
• Proven Results: Demonstrated success in crafting engaging content on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Strategic Mindset: Ability to turn concepts into compelling content that aligns with our brand identity.
• Strong Communicator: Excellent communication and project management skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
