INTERN - Social Media Marketing Application Deadline: December 1, 2024 DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: Work with Nintendo's Social Media Marketing team to reach audiences outside of core gamers, including kids and parents Support creation of content, channel optimization, and reporting/analytics with agency and internal partners Identify areas for improvement-from internal operations to channel management-and share with key stakeholders Serve as a social media expert, maintaining a cutting edge understanding of best practices, features, strategies, and tactics Support administrative day-to-day operations including content approval routing, copywriting, and testing Provide key insights to impact future expanded-audience content through a data driven approach SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS: 3.0+ GPA Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program with a graduation conferral date between May 2025 and June 2026 Pursuing a degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business Management, or related field Ability to work with a variety of individuals across the organization Comfortable working in a fast paced, ambiguous environment Creative presentation building skills using PowerPoint Familiarity with creating social content, writing post copy, building social media editorial calendars, scheduling posts Understanding of all social media platforms, including but not limited to YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Discord, Reddit, and Tumblr - both as a marketer and as a user Legally authorized to work in the United States Able to work 40 hours a week onsite throughout the course of the 10-week summer internship between June - September This position is onsite in Redmond, WA, and not open to remote status at this time. Housing and travel support will be provided for non-local hires. This internship includes a base pay range of $25 per hour, paid sick and safe time, and perks such as a local transit pass and access to the onsite fitness center. Given the limited duration of the role, interns are not eligible for full-time employee benefits such as healthcare or 401(k).#LI-DNI
