Overview: The Director of Media & Sponsorships plays a pivotal role in ensuring the success and ROI of local restaurant and National advertising, helping to lead the media strategy, make sure advertising is effective, and grow the brand audience. Responsibilities: Exhibits the REIR values (Respect, Excellence, Integrity, Responsibility) to provide leadership direction through positive management and guidance; actively participates in daily discussions on restaurant performance. Primary point of contact for media agencies and large sponsorships partners Evaluate all current agency strategies and ROI against company targets and industry best practices. Evolve agency scorecard and establish media buying strategy. Evolve media buying guidelines for agencies. Manage media and sponsorships budget. Negotiate contracts with local partners, agencies, and all sponsorships. Lead media buying strategy and implementation for field marketing plans for each individual restaurant. Work collaboratively with the Director of Field Marketing, Area Directors of Marketing, and Field Marketing Managers. Monitor budgets against forecasted spend and implement changes. Monitor media performance with agencies and adjust achieve greatest ROI. Work collaboratively with the Director of Brand to align media with campaigns. Establish and build relationships with media partners. Identify opportunities to improve media performance and help establish priorities. Develop new media and sponsorship evaluation process, tools and forms. Collaborates with Director of Brand and Revenue Growth Management to implement campaigns and programs & leverage customer insights to develop effective plans. Budget and invoice reconciliation Prepares and shares weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting and analysis tying media data results to sales and traffic. Identifies and evaluates sponsorship opportunities, including managing budgets and execution. Responsible for ensuring the Field Marketing team is engaged in the detailed plans by proactively communicating following up on execution results and provides market insights to plans. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree 10+ years media marketing experience for multi-unit restaurant chain Experience negotiating sponsorships and contracts with professional sports teams, influencers, celebrities, and media companies. Strong financial acumen Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities & change. Microsoft Proficient: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Based in Dallas, TX, and ability to travel 20% of the time. Pay Range: USD $140,000.00 - USD $145,000.00 /Yr. #J-18808-Ljbffr
