JOB SUMMARY:
The Social Media Coordinator will aid in Boyce Student Life communications and promotions.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
The employee in this position will have the following essential job functions:
Performs other duties as may be assigned by supervisor.
EDUCATION:
It is required that the person in this position hold a bachelor's degree or be a full-time (12 credits) Boyce College student with a cumulative 2.75 GPA at the time of applying. The person in this position should maintain a 2.5 GPA whilst serving in this role.
EXPERIENCE:
It is preferred that the person in this position have minimal experience in graphic design, photography, videography, and social media usage.

The Social Media Coordinator will aid in Boyce Student Life communications and promotions.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
The employee in this position will have the following essential job functions:
- Put together marketing material for all aspects of Boyce Student Life-Student Activities Council, Student Organizations, Residence Life, the Student Leadership Board, and the department as a whole
- Will create various styles and mediums of marketing material, including graphics, slides, pictures, posters, and videos, among others
- Aid the Senior Content Manager in managing the Boyce Student Life social media accounts
- Regularly attend Student Life and Student Leadership Board meetings to understand communication needs and objectives of Boyce Student Life and relay those objectives to the Content Marketing Team.
- Capture and create content for social media posts to support Boyce College and Boyce Student Life including attending student life events.
- Build content calendar for Boyce Student Life content.
- Work within Brand Style Guide to maintain consistency across campus, providing suggestions for improvement where possible.
- Stay up to date with emerging content marketing trends, platforms, and distribution methods and integrate them into the overall strategy.
- Must be able and eager to function well within a team.
