Position Title: Social Media Coordinator Department: Marketing FLSA status: Exempt Summary: We are looking for a talented Social Media Coordinator who is passionate about social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing online marketing strategies across various social media channels to enhance our brand presence and engage with our audience effectively. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Ability to write for various deliverables including social media posts, emails, social strategies, and press releases. Design engaging posts to create buzz around new products and promotions. Understand marketing KPIs, adhere to budgets, and timelines. Monitor and analyze social media metrics, incorporating insights into content strategy. Stay updated on changes in social platforms for maximum effectiveness. Engage with customers online, respond to queries, and manage online reviews and feedback. Develop an optimal posting schedule based on web traffic and engagement metrics. Propose innovative ways to attract customers through promotions and competitions. Additional Responsibilities: Effective communication skills. Demonstrate personal and professional growth. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator in the Hospitality Industry. Proficiency in social media and email platforms like Later, MailChimp, and Hootsuite. Basic photo and video editing skills. Understanding of online marketing strategies and trends. Strong communication, multitasking, and analytical abilities.
