JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Penn State Multimedia and Print Center is seeking a Customer Service Representative - Intermediate Support . This is an in-person position at University Park Campus and is responsible for greeting faculty, staff, students, and visitors, often serving as first point of contact; assist customers in person, electronically, by telephone, or by emails. This position is defined as floating and is assigned to work in the Multimedia and Print Center. Based on the University's organizational needs in the future, the position may be assigned to support other work areas.
Education and Experience:
Minimum requirement is a High School diploma and two (2) years of relevant experience. Or, an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Additional Information: This position is located on-site on the University Park campus.

$34,800.00 - $50,500.00

Pursuant to the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act and the Pennsylvania Act of 1988, Penn State publishes a combined Annual Security and Annual Fire Safety Report (ASR). The ASR includes crime statistics and institutional policies concerning campus security, such as those concerning alcohol and drug use, crime prevention, the reporting of crimes, sexual assault, and other matters. The ASR is available for review here.
