We seek a SEM Digital Specialist to lead and optimize paid search campaigns across platforms like Google, Bing, Yahoo, and various PPC and paid social media channels. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in both B2C and B2B environments, with a particular focus on driving lead generation for industries such as senior living, tourism, manufacturing, and home services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Design, implement, and manage effective SEM strategies tailored to client goals across multiple industries.
- Performance Analysis & Optimization: Conduct thorough testing, data collection, and analysis to uncover trends and actionable insights, ensuring campaigns achieve maximum ROI.
- Reporting & Insights: Create and deliver comprehensive monthly performance reports, clearly outlining campaign activities, key metrics, and outcomes.
- Collaboration & Support: Work closely with the digital media team to support broader campaign initiatives and contribute to team success.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continually refine and enhance campaign strategies.
- Proven Expertise: Successfully managed SEM and PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo, Bing, and paid social media platforms.
- Certifications: Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications are required.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel, including Pivot Tables and Formulas, and experience with bid management tools such as Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, or Search Ignite.
- Analytical Skills: Strong knowledge of website analytics tools, including Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, and WebTrends.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
