How you'll make an impact:
The Senior Analyst, SEO is responsible for driving parts of the SEO strategy and execution for our digital platforms in the U.S. and Canada. This cross-functional role is essential for improving traffic/organic share of voice, and ensuring alignment across various business units, including Site Merch, eCommerce Tech, Marketing, and Merchandising. Reporting to the Director, SEO, from our Buckhead, Atlanta office, this role requires a blend of strategic planning, operational excellence, and collaboration.

Key responsibilities include:
Support Implementation of SEO Roadmap (35%)
- SEO Roadmap Execution: Drive the delivery of key strategies and processes that enhance search visibility and align with overall business objectives. Monitor progress, identify challenges, and ensure timely execution of initiatives to maximize organic traffic.
- Keyword Research and Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify high-value terms and phrases, uncovering opportunities and threats in the market.
- Content Strategy Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop SEO-driven content strategies, ensuring all content is optimized for visibility and engagement while supporting overall strategic development.
- Conducting Technical SEO Audits: Regularly assess the website for technical issues such as crawl errors, broken links, and site speed; prioritize and implement necessary fixes.
- On-Page Optimization: Optimize page elements including titles, meta descriptions, headers, and internal linking to enhance relevancy and user experience.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and improve site speed, mobile usability, and overall user experience to ensure compliance with SEO best practices and enhance conversion rates.
- Monitoring Website Performance: Use tools like Google Analytics and Search Console to track organic traffic, user behavior, and engagement metrics.
- Regular Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports on SEO performance, including traffic trends, keyword rankings, and conversion metrics; present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Analyzing User Behavior: Examine data to understand user intent and behavior patterns, providing actionable insights for content and site optimization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and IT teams to ensure alignment on SEO initiatives, integrating SEO best practices into broader marketing strategies.
- Link Building and Off-Page SEO Initiatives: Develop and implement effective link-building strategies to increase domain authority; monitor backlink profiles for quality and relevance.
- Staying Updated on Industry Trends: Continuously educate oneself on SEO trends, algorithm updates, and emerging technologies; attend conferences and webinars to enhance knowledge and skills.
Must have:
- 3+ years of experience in a collaborative role with a strong understanding of SEO (e.g., Digital Marketing, Content Strategy, Analytics, or a related field).
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in building relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.).
- Naturally curious and eager to learn about new SEO trends and technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to influence
- Energetic self-starter with a proactive approach.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz).
- Experience in content management systems and understanding of HTML/JS.
- Strong prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Understanding of SEO best practices specific to e-commerce platforms and strategies for optimizing product listings.
- Knowledge of conducting A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of SEO strategies and content changes.
