Technical Writer
3 Month Contract

Job Summary:
The Technical Writerwill be responsible for producing high-quality documentation that simplifies complex technical information for internal and external users. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, excellent writing skills, and the ability to collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to create content that enhances user understanding.
Key Responsibilities:
•Develop Clear Documentation: Create user manuals, technical guides, FAQs, and other documentation forproducts and solutions.
•Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with engineers, developers, product managers, and marketing teams to gather and organize technical information.
•Simplify Technical Concepts: Translate complex technical terms into easy-to-understand language for non-technical users, while maintaining accuracy.
•Maintain Consistency: Ensure all documentation follows company guidelines and standards for tone, style, and format.
•Update Content: Regularly revise and update existing documentation based on product updates, user feedback, and new features.
•Content Management: Organize and manage documentation using content management systems (CMS) to ensure it is easy to find and access.
•User Feedback: Collect and incorporate feedback from users and stakeholders to continuously improve documentation quality.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Communications, English, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
•Proven experience as a technical writer, particularly in a technology, engineering, or software environment.
•Strong understanding of technical writing tools (e.g., Adobe FrameMaker, Microsoft Word, Markdown, etc.).
•Ability to comprehend complex technical concepts and convey them in clear, concise writing.
•Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
•Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
•Familiarity with [industry-specific knowledge relevant to job.
Preferred Skills:
•Experience working with content management systems (CMS).
•Knowledge of [specific software or tools related to the industry].
•Experience with Agile development environments..
