We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing technical systems support and knowledgebase documents, as well as creating and maintaining user guides and training materials.
Key Responsibilities:
•Develop technical systems support and knowledgebase documents.
•Review and approve content to be published to a centralized knowledgebase.
•Develop technical system implementation and configuration documentation.
•Create related technical support user guides and procedures guides.
•Develop end user training documentation and guides.
•Review, validate, and update technical system and support documents.
Education: Bachelors Degree
