UI/UX Senior Product Manager Job at Reserv Claims Analysis LLC in Atlanta

Reserv Claims Analysis LLC, Atlanta, GA, United States

Description About Reserv Reserv is an insurtech creating and incubating cutting-edge AI and automation technology to bring efficiency and simplicity to claims. Founded by insurtech veterans with deep experience in SaaS and digital claims, Reserv is venture-backed by Bain Capital and Altai Ventures and began operations in May 2022. We are focused on automating highly manual tasks to tackle long-standing problems in claims and set a new standard for TPAs, insurance technology providers, and adjusters alike. We have ambitious (but attainable!) goals and need people who can work in an evolving environment. If building a leading TPA and the prospect of tackling the long-standing challenges in claims sounds exciting, we can’t wait to meet you. About the Role As a product manager at Reserv, you’ll focus on building out our in-house adjuster and customer portal known as Glance. You will lead the design and development of new features from conception to launch, delivering exceptional user experiences to our quickly-growing team of adjusters and customer base. While insurance industry knowledge is an asset, the most important skills you bring to the job are your user experience, design, and product management skills. Adjusters today are overwhelmed with cumbersome data entry tasks, and the systems they work in are usually dated and unintuitive. Reserv is building a forward-looking, AI-enabled claims management platform, and Glance is its core. We are looking for a creative, dynamic, user-centric product manager to bring this vision to life. You’re ruthless at eliminating unnecessary clicks. A problem solver: you’re good at identifying the specific problem at hand and articulating a range of acceptable solutions A writer: you’re good at quickly writing notes, requirements, process flows, etc. so a remote team can follow the process A cross-functional leader: you’re able to communicate well in both written and oral forums with claims professionals, engineers, executives, and customers What we need In this role you will: Own the roadmap process for the Glance platform: user interviews, product discovery, requirements gathering, prioritization, execution, testing, release, iteration.
