Job Summary:
As a UX Analyst, you will play a crucial role in understanding our customers' needs and behaviors to improve the overall user experience on our ecommerce sites. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and marketers, to ensure our websites are user-friendly, intuitive, and engaging.

As a UX Analyst, you will play a crucial role in understanding our customers' needs and behaviors to improve the overall user experience on our ecommerce sites. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and marketers, to ensure our websites are user-friendly, intuitive, and engaging.
Role and Responsibilities:
- User Research: Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations through methods such as user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Data Analysis: Analyze user data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Use tools like Google Analytics, Quantum Metric, and others to gather insights.
- Usability Testing: Plan, conduct, and analyze usability tests to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Reporting: Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Competitive Analysis: Perform competitive analysis to benchmark our ecommerce experiences against industry standards and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Wireframing & Prototyping: Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to help create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that effectively communicate design ideas and solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure user experience considerations and findings are integrated into the product development process.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in UX research and analysis, preferably in an ecommerce environment.
- Proficiency in UX research methodologies and tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, Javascript
- Understanding of ecommerce best practices and trends.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
