The role of Product Manager - User Experience & Growth will put you in the hot seat to drive product-led growth, building the most delightful product user experience. As a company, we are focused on using data-driven strategies to achieve our goals, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about UX and product-led growth and can effectively use data to inform decisions.
Job Overview:
As a Product Manager - User Experience & Growth, you will be responsible for building intuitive and delightful product user experience that leads to product-led growth. You'll also be responsible for driving user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth through innovative product and marketing growth hacking strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, design, data science, and marketing.
Responsibilities:
* Work closely with different product areas and platform teams + design team to build the best-in-class product user experience.
* Develop and execute product-led and other growth initiatives to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth.
* Use data to identify product improvement and growth opportunities to prioritize initiatives based on impact and effort.
* Drive up product usage through product interaction improvements at all stages of a customer lifecycle from acquisition, activation to retention.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement growth experiments, including product changes, marketing campaigns, and partnerships.
* Analyze experiment results and iterate on initiatives to optimize growth metrics.
* Use A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve conversion rates across the user journey.
* Collaborate with product managers to build and co-launch new products and features that drive growth.
* Monitor and report on growth metrics to the leadership team and stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing, computer science or a related field. If you have engineering background/experience and, either experience in or have studied business administration/marketing, you'd be a great fit.
* 4-5+ years of experience in product management, growth marketing, or building with a product-led growth mindset.
* Experience designing UI and UX with a product-led growth mindset. A solid eye for detail. Ability to distill complex workflows into simple, intuitive user experiences.
* Experience with growth hacking and A/B testing.
* Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decision-making.
* Experience working with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, design, and marketing.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, and to get things done.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working at a high-growth startup or tech company
* Experience building with best-in-class product design principles
* Experience with SQL and data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Looker
* Experience with user research and customer development methodologies
Location: This is a hybrid role reporting to our Palo Alto office 3 days a week.
Base Salary: The salary range for this role is $150,000-$200,000
