Key job responsibilities

- Design and build innovative solutions: Develop cutting-edge solutions to automate and optimize Prime Video's campaigns, encompassing audience targeting, performance measurement, and attribution analysis within AWS Clean Rooms. Integrate seamlessly with ad networks.

- Own impactful projects: Lead the design and execution of high-impact projects from inception to launch, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that drive measurable improvements in campaign performance.

- Partner with business leaders: Collaborate with business leaders to define strategies, translate business needs into technical solutions, and prioritize projects, guiding the development process from design to successful launch.

- Champion code quality: Write high-quality, maintainable code and actively participate in code reviews, championing coding best practices and contributing to a culture of quality.

- Mentor and guide: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other engineers, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment, sharing expertise, and helping others grow.

- Collaborate across Amazon: Work effectively with a variety of Amazon teams, including product, marketing, finance, and other Prime Video technology teams, building strong relationships and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

- Ensure operational excellence: Implement robust quality checks and monitoring procedures to guarantee system reliability and performance, maintaining a high bar for operational excellence.

- Participate in Developing data pipelines: Participate in designing and implementing data pipelines that support campaign measurement and attribution initiatives.

Basic Qualifications

- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience

- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience

- Experience programming with at least one software programming language

Preferred Qualifications

- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $129,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $223,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
