Requirements

Position Summary

Self-motivated individual with experience and skills for Full Stack Development to design (including graphics), code, and maintain four of Certco's critical web portals. The developer will be responsible for adhering to change management practices, testing, deployment, and maintaining the code base. The developer will stay up to date with emerging web technologies through relevant blogs, reviews and events.

Essential Job Functions
  • Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format and build and maintain relationships.
  • Familiar with a variety of field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Require a strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Strong knowledge of systems architecture.
  • Is regular in attendance and follows the Company Attendance Policy.
Technical Expertise

Advanced knowledge with the following technologies:
  • Frontend: HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and Responsive Design
  • Backend: Java or Ruby. For frameworks, Express.js, Django, Spring Boot, or Ruby on Rails. Knowledge of C# and C++.
  • Databases: Microsoft SQL Server. Experience with Infor M3 Data Lake and ETL tools a plus.
  • Version control: GitHub
  • Cloud Services: AWS and Azure (connectivity knowledge)
  • Web Cybersecurity fundamentals: Understanding secure coding practices and threat mitigation.
Competencies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting professionally with customers, colleagues, and business contacts.
  • Clear articulation of technical concepts to non-technical team members.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
Education and Experience
  • Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in full stack development.
