Location: In Office, Mountain View, CA What You Will Do As the Senior Web Marketing Manager at Moveworks, you will be the visionary force behind our web strategy, propelling our brand forward and turning our corporate website into a dynamic engine for growth. This pivotal role demands a blend of strategic insight and hands-on execution, requiring you to oversee the end-to-end management of holistic web programs — from leading a comprehensive website redesign to optimizing user experience for conversion. Your expertise will transform our website into an engaging platform that educates, captivates, and converts our target audience. Lead the integration and optimization of new CMS features and third-party tools to enhance lead generation capability. Develop and execute strategies for continuous optimization of web user experience, focusing on high-traffic pages to maximize conversion rates. Collaborate closely with cross-functional (XFN) partners to manage product/feature launches, and bolster our brand/corporate communication. Plan and implement conversion rate optimization projects, incorporating UX best practices to boost the effectiveness of all web programs. Champion a customer-centric web roadmap, innovating strategic web experiences that guide users seamlessly from discovery to engagement, leading to tangible sales and lead generation. Spearhead the ambitious redesign of the Moveworks website, ensuring it resonates with our diverse global audience while maintaining local relevance. Utilize insights and feedback to iteratively refine the customer journey, ensuring an alignment between digital experiences, business objectives, and customer needs. Collaborate with marketing, product, design, and development teams to craft engaging and impactful web experiences including design and content, driving measurable outcomes. Monitor and analyze performance data, utilizing insights to continually enhance customer engagement and achieve business goals. Regularly update stakeholders with key insights, ensuring that strategies are aligned with business, customer, and operational objectives. What You Bring To The Table Demonstrable success in optimizing web experiences for conversion and user engagement. Expertise in implementing security, privacy, and accessibility measures and ensuring website compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. Working expertise with varied project management tools (e.g., Asana, JIRA) and experience maintaining automated project dashboards for reporting, capacity planning and roadmap and timeline management. Well-versed in the technical aspects of running a website, UX, SEO, domain management, HTML/CSS/JavaScript. Effective communication skills with the ability to articulate strategies and plans to a wide variety of audiences. Excellent project management and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from strategy to execution. Ability to adapt and thrive with ambiguity. Preferred Qualifications Agile project management experience with a track record of applying agile methodologies to web development projects. A strong analytical mindset complemented by excellent negotiation skills, geared towards achieving project objectives. Experience with Adobe Suite and with leading major web redesign efforts end-to-end. 8+ years of experience in Web Marketing, Digital Marketing, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) or related field, with Bachelor’s degree. Ability to lead, influence, and direct projects and processes across multiple teams. Experience using data and insights to inform requirements, ideas, and strategies with hands-on experience with web tools including CMS (AEM), A/B testing tools (Adobe Target), site analytics (Adobe Analytics), and business intelligence tools. Compensation Range: $155,000 - $206,000 Our compensation package includes a market competitive salary, equity for all full-time roles, exceptional benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions or bonus plans.
