An employer is seeking a Tech Writer to join their team in support of a newly awarded effort at Kirtland AFB in Albuquerque, NM.
Responsibilities:
Review content of technical engineering documentation for quality.
Produces technical engineering and scientific illustrations for presentations and/or publication, as appropriate to the requirements.
Ensures that documents follow the style laid out in the style guide or in accordance with customer guidance.
Creates documents for internal and external publication with data and input from team members, stakeholders, research sources, and other content providers.

Certified Professional Technical Communicator (CPTC), Certified Technical Professional (CTP) or other equivalent
Prior editing experience with DoD or government agencies.
5 yrs relevant experience preferred DOD or Government Agency support
BA/BS in English, communications, journalism, computer science, web design, engineering, or a related field
Minimum Interim Secret Clearance can hold up to TS/SCI
