Primary Job Duties:
•Responsible for room setups for events per layout on banquet order
•Resetting all banquet rooms and areas to the default setting
•Maintain appropriate food levels on group buffets, platters, drink stations, etc.
•Assisting with delivering the best possible experience for group clients and notifying Management immediately if assistance is needed
•Greeting and communicating with guests and answering basic group related questions
•Maintain cleanliness and organization in the event area throughout the event
•Assist servers by delivering food and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
•Assist as needed in other areas as requested by a lead or manager
•Maintain uniform standards and a professional appearance
Requirements
Physical Requirements:
•Standing for long periods of time with frequent bending and turning
•Must be able to lift 40 lbs
•Must be comfortable climbing on a ladder
•Must be able to communicate with guests and accept and deliver drink orders
Special Requirements:
•Must be at least 16 years old (18 yrs old to serve alcohol with valid TABC)
•Must possess a valid Food Handler's Certificate or other similar license per local code
•Obtain training certification per company policy
