ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist Department of University Marketing with various written pieces including press releases, news stories, Range Rider segments, and others. Assist in the writing, editing, proofing, and planning of news story and marketing department content. Be ready to brainstorm and discuss additional editorial and news content. Work closely with the Office of University Marketing team on advertisement content, program and student spotlight articles, and a variety of other writing assignments. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: High School diploma; Strong writing capabilities and ability toprovide content within regular deadlines. Writing samples may be requested. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: This job is sedentary in nature. Must be able to sit for long periods oftime while performing office functions. Occasional light lifting may berequired.
