UI UX Designer - Hybrid - Full-Time Job at NuHire, LLC in Morrisville

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team and help us create intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to design visually appealing and functional user interfaces, backed by a solid understanding of user experience principles.

Key Responsibilities

• User Research: Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability studies to understand user needs and pain points.
• Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize and test design concepts.
• UI Design: Design visually appealing, high-fidelity interfaces that align with brand guidelines and provide a seamless user experience.
• Collaborative Design: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals.
• Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing sessions, gathering feedback to improve design solutions.
• Iteration: Continuously refine and improve designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights.
• Design Systems: Develop and maintain a cohesive design system, ensuring consistency across all digital products.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a collaborative environment.

Skills and Knowledge:

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
• Experience with usability testing tools and methodologies.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (not required but a plus).
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively.
• A portfolio showcasing strong UI/UX design skills, with a focus on user-centered solutions.
