We are seeking a dedicated marketing coordinator and proposal manager to join our East Region marketing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving proposal development to support our growth in the Waste and Energy sectors. Collaborating closely with the Waste Business Development Leader and Sector Marketing Director, you will develop persuasive proposal documents and interview materials, showcasing our engineering capabilities and experience with impactful messaging. You will also lead the development of client plans that drive market expansion and revenue growth. In the role of Senior Marketing Coordinator, we'll count on you to: Lead or support development and implementation of client development plans, including long-term strategies to capture market share, as assigned Develop and manage proposal schedules and confirm compliance Lead quality reviews of proposal and interview materials Help file proposal and presentation material upon submittal Support management of marketing systems and financial systems to inform reporting metrics and dashboards Maintain inventory of branded materials used for client visits, conferences and recruiting Maintain accurate project and resume data in business development systems Administer implementation of the go/no-go decision process in accordance with HDR's Matrix of Authority Support content marketing campaigns to strengthen our brand, increase our visibility, and showcase our thought leaders through collaboration with internal communications team. Articulate HDR's capabilities and competitive advantages Coordinate and support large, internal meetings (in-person and virtual) Plan and fulfill conference sponsorship benefits, as needed Support solicitation of formal client feedback and debriefs Arrange for professional photography on projects Monitor client and industry websites for solicitation status Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field Knowledge of the A/E/C industry's standard approach to professional services marketing Demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire others Demonstrated experience in writing compelling content based on information from technical staff Preference given to local candidates Required Qualifications A minimum of 2 years relevant industry experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesign Demonstrated "self-starter" with a history of completing projects with limited oversight What We Believe HDR is our company.
