What You'll Do Here
We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our small, dynamic Marketing team here at HomeLight. In this role, you'll grow our emerging and existing products for our agent and loan officer partners here at HomeLight. You'll develop and execute go-to-market plans, sales enablement materials, and channel content in a fast-paced environment - all while joining an energetic and creative team. You're organized, a strong writer, scrappy, and obsessed with detail. You have a knack for breaking down and communicating complex concepts.
This position will report to the Vice President of Marketing.
You'll work with our Sales, Marketing, Design, Lifecycle, Operations, and Product teams to find new and innovative ways to drive adoption and retention of our products with top loan officers and real estate agents across the country, including:

Base Pay Range: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00, base pay will vary depending on several factors, such as the position, location, qualifications of the individual, market conditions, and other operational business requirements.

This position will report to the Vice President of Marketing.
You'll work with our Sales, Marketing, Design, Lifecycle, Operations, and Product teams to find new and innovative ways to drive adoption and retention of our products with top loan officers and real estate agents across the country, including:
- Own the end-to-end experience of our enterprise partner launches, from the technical backend (co-branded websites and CRM workflows), to building a portfolio of co-branded marketing materials, to executing on effective launch and retention marketing strategies to grow registrations, demos, leads, and brand loyalty with our key enterprise partners
- Execute and improve upon our sales enablement strategy for our internal sales teams and enterprise partners. You'll identify opportunities, prioritize among them, produce, and measure the impact of marketing materials including pitch decks, fliers, social assets, FAQ sheets, and more
- Craft positioning and messaging to market our products to loan officers, real estate agents, and clients nationwide
- Develop content that's simple, polished, and engaging in a variety of formats, including marketing materials like one-pagers and social media templates, customer sales events and industry conferences, emails, and training webinars.
- Manage complex projects across multiple stakeholders, using your organizational and communication skills to keep everything on track
What You Bring
- 4+ years of relevant product or marketing experience, ideally in a startup environment with advancing responsibilities
- Stellar copywriting skills, with the ability to translate complex products into easy-to-understand, compelling content
- Experience using data to prioritize product marketing campaigns, measure performance, and guide strategy
- Experience owning and building in tools including Webflow, HubSpot, Iterable, AirTable, HotJar, Canva, Figma, and more
- The ability to prioritize projects based on impact and manage multiple projects at a time.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to confidently manage relationships with cross-functional partners, customers, executives, and external vendors alike
- An eye for detail and an innate brand sense
- A four-year college degree; Marketing or Communications major a plus
