As a Digital Marketing Lead, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing our paid media strategy across platforms like Google Ads, AdRoll, and Meta Ads. Your expertise in digital advertising, data analysis, and campaign management will be pivotal in driving customer acquisition and improving ROAS. You will also manage external agencies to ensure our campaigns are optimized for maximum performance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Paid Media Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive paid media strategy that aligns with our business objectives, focusing on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Campaign Management: Lead the execution of paid advertising campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, AdRoll, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and others. Ensure campaigns are set up properly with the right targeting, messaging, and budget allocation.
  • Agency Management: Steer and guide our external paid media agencies, ensuring that campaigns are executed efficiently and that performance targets are consistently met.
  • Analytics and Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns by analyzing performance data, testing ad creatives, and implementing improvements to maximize ROI. Use analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Facebook Ads Manager to report and provide actionable insights.
  • Reporting: Prepare and deliver weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, etc.) and actionable insights to stakeholders, including recommendations for future optimizations.
  • Budget Management: Allocate and manage paid media budgets effectively, ensuring cost-efficient campaigns that deliver on key performance indicators (KPIs) like ROAS, CPA, and lead generation.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, content, and sales teams to ensure that paid media campaigns align with broader marketing and product strategies.
  • Industry Trends: Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising, ensuring our paid media strategies are innovative and competitive.


Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, including significant experience setting up and managing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and AdRoll. Experience managing additional platforms is an advantage.
  • Team and Agency Management: Proven experience in leading and managing a team of paid marketing professionals, as well as managing relationships with external paid media agencies.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Facebook Ads Manager, and HubSpot. Experience in tracking, reporting, and optimizing campaigns for KPIs.
  • Presentation and Report Building: Strong ability to create clear, compelling presentations and reports that effectively communicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders. Proficient in using tools like PowerPoint, to present complex data in an understandable and visually appealing way.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and various attribution models.
  • Budget Management: Proven ability to manage large-scale paid media budgets efficiently while optimizing for cost-per-acquisition (CPA) and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Detail-oriented: Strong attention to detail, ensuring that all campaigns are set up correctly and optimized for the best performance.
  • Language Skills: Exceptional command of the English language, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate data-driven insights effectively.
  • Availability: Must be available for a fully onsite position at our office located at Networkia Business Center, Av. De Europa, 16, 28108, Alcobendas, Madrid.


Preferred Skills:

  • Financial Expertise: Understanding of budget management and forecasting in the context of paid media.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Digital Marketing: A solid understanding of how paid media fits within a broader digital marketing strategy, including SEO, content marketing, and CRM.
  • HubSpot Proficiency: Experience using HubSpot for marketing automation, lead generation, and campaign performance tracking is a plus.
