The Social Media Coordinator plays a crucial role in executing MML's digital strategy by managing daily content scheduling, community engagement, and performance analytics for a diverse portfolio of accounts. This role ensures that all content aligns with marketing campaigns and promotions while maintaining a consistent brand presence. The ideal candidate has experience managing at least ten social media accounts simultaneously and excels in organization, creativity, and responsiveness.

Content Management
  • Maintain and execute a structured posting calendar across all social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with the Social Media Lead and marketing team to develop, organize, and optimize digital assets for campaigns and promotions.
  • Ensure all posts adhere to brand guidelines and are scheduled to maximize engagement.
Community Engagement
  • Monitor and promptly respond to comments, messages, and reviews across platforms to foster a positive brand image and build relationships with followers.
  • Proactively engage with audience members, influencers, and partner accounts to increase visibility and community growth.
Analytics and Reporting
  • Track, analyze, and report performance metrics for all managed accounts, providing actionable insights to the Social Media Lead.
  • Regularly review account analytics to identify trends, audience preferences, and opportunities for improvement.
Collaboration and Support
  • Assist the Social Media Lead in brainstorming and executing creative campaigns that align with seasonal promotions and organizational goals.
  • Stay informed about social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to suggest innovative ideas for content and engagement.
  • Coordinate with other departments to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies.
Requirements:Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Experience:
  • 1-2 years of experience in social media coordination, with proven success managing at least 10 accounts simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a consistent posting schedule and engage diverse audiences across multiple platforms.
Skills:
  • Proficiency with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent written communication skills, including crafting on-brand responses and engaging content.
  • Knowledge of performance metrics and analytics, with the ability to translate data into recommendations for improvement.

Weekend availability is required as we support a 24/7/365 business. This is a hybrid role based in Austin, TX. The Social Media Coordinator will work closely with the Social Media Lead and the broader marketing team to execute a high-volume, high-quality social media strategy for MML's diverse properties.

Compensation details: 55000-60000 Yearly Salary
