Compensation:
$1,200.00 stipend per month. The position will have a start date in April 2025 and last until the end of September 2025. The start date is flexible depending on the candidate's availability.

Position Overview:
The Community Relations & Promotions Associate is a seasonal position that will primarily focus on marketing our events and executing in-game promotions.
Primary ResponsibilitiesDuties and responsibilities for the Community Relations & Promotions Associate include but are not limited to:
- Assist in coordinating player appearances.
- Implement theme days/nights with group sales representative assigned to theme.
- Schedule mascot appearances, perform as mascot or serve as escort for mascot as needed.
- Process and reply to general fan mail and email as directed
- Game duties include assisting with pre-game ceremonies, on-field promotions and coordinating entertainment acts
- Participate in pocket schedule distribution
- Assist Creative Services Team in creating flyers, Videoboard elements, Web graphics and mockups for corporate clients.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop).
- Strong attention to detail with Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and hard working
- Current Driver's License; successful completion of a background check
- Responsible individual with sound judgement.
- Completing or have completed a four-year college degree strongly preferred (Sport Management, Marketing, Business, Communications or other related field).
- Team Player that must work well in team setting and individually.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment
- This position requires a candidate to have administrative skills, such as using Excel and Microsoft Office Products.
- Candidate must be able to work long hours including weekends in the height of the season.
- Candidate must be able to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb, balance, stoop, bend, lift, push, pull, kneel, or crouch for long periods of time.
- Candidate must be able to handle weather related elements such as rain and heat.
