Billing Specialist for Well Established Engineering firm
About our client:
CFS of New York is working with a prominent and established Engineering firm in located in Midtown Manhattan.
They're looking for a strong Billing specialist to join the team.
The company boasts a collegial atmosphere with a collaborative team environment. Office space is very open, rec room, gym, snack rooms, etc. on site!
Company is big on team building as many off their employees have been there long term.
Responsibilities of the Billing Specialist:
Invoice processing for approximately 500 invoices per month
Track and follow up on open balances
Track projects through to completion
Collections for past due accounts
New Vendor set up
Other tasks as may be assigned by the Billing Manager
What you bring:
2+ years experience of relevant experience, open to industry
Experience with a billing system or tech savvy is a big plus
Ability to communicate professionally at all levels
