The Payroll Coordinator will assist in processing Bi Weekly Union Payroll (120EE's)

Assist in processing and file Monthly union reports (35)

Process unemployment claims

Process layoffs

Verification of employment

Assist with Accounts Payable

Data entry

Prepare labor reporting for cost plus jobs

Cross train weekly union hourly payroll

Cross train biweekly management payroll

Requirements for the Payroll Coordinator

2+ years payroll experience

Strong attention to detail

Union payroll experience, a plus

Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree

Strong Excel skills
