A&H Management is a marketing communications and customer acquisition firm. That means our clients hire us to provide a personal marketing and customer service touch to their customers. Because our personal approach has proved to be so successful our Marketing Team is looking to bring on a Marketing Assistant to help us continue dramatically increasing our client revenue, market brand share, and exceed goals. We are in immediate need of an incredible Marketing Assistant to take a unique, customer-oriented approach to their campaigns and be the primary liaison between our major clients and their customers.
This role offers an exciting opportunity for recent or upcoming graduates to kickstart their career in marketing. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the marketing team with various tasks and projects, helping to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and company revenue. This position provides an excellent platform for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic marketing environment.
Responsibilities of the Marketing Assistant:
Investigate and solve customer inquiries and market the services and products available to them to provide an exceptional customer experience. Lead by example and eventually train other staff members on promotional strategies. Provide exceptional product and customer service. Manage in-field promotional marketing campaigns and close a sale is needed. Assist in the development and implementation of the client's brand campaigns. Further brand education regularly through workshops, research, and seminars. Share best practices and local marketing ideas and tactics with the team Marketing Coordinator & Sales team. Promotional Direct Marketing Customer service and sales Leadership skills Effective communication techniques Team management Requirements of the Marketing Assistant:
Work experience in the following industries is an asset but not required: Communications, Business administration, Management, Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations, Political Science, Sales, Psychology, Sports Management, and related fields. Willingness to succeed and train in an entry-level marketing position Great communication skills and people skills Creative thinking and a passion for marketing, branding, and customer service Excellent work ethic and drive A positive business attitude like the rest of our client's enthusiastic staff
