USD 85,500.00 - 128,300.00 per year
Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of $85,500.00 - $128,300.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

As a UX Researcher II at Cox Automotive, you will play a crucial role in enhancing user experiences across our Logistics products and services. You will collaborate with UX practitioners, designers, strategists, and stakeholders to conduct user research that informs product strategy and design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Research: Perform formative and evaluative research, including contextual interviews, usability testing, and surveys.
- Research Planning: Develop research proposals and roadmaps tailored to product phases and timelines.
- Participant Management: Recruit participants, create screening criteria, and manage scheduling for research sessions.
- Data Analysis: Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to extract insights and present findings to stakeholders at various levels.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align research initiatives with business goals and growth strategies.
- Stay Current: Keep abreast of UX research trends and methodologies, sharing insights with the UX team.
- Support Design Initiatives: Assist in creating interaction designs and prototypes as needed.
Who You Are:
- Experience: Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 2 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and up to 2 years' experience; or 6 years' experience in a related field
- Methodological Proficiency: Skilled in various research methods, including task-based testing, card sorting, focus groups, and survey creation.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey research findings effectively.
- Team Player: Experience working in cross-functional teams, collaborating with designers, product managers, and engineers.
- Technical Familiarity: Knowledge of tools such as Figma, Qualtrics, and Pendo.
- Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing strategic research projects with measurable business outcomes.

- Strong people skills to establish rapport with clients and put interviewees at ease
- Adaptability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.
