Job Description and profile

We seek a talented and motivated video production assistant to join our creative team. As the video production assistant, you will work closely with the Media Producer to create high-quality video content that aligns with our brand, engage our audience, and drive business results. 

Requirements & Skills

• Edit video content for various formats, including social media, advertisements, promotional materials, and internal projects.
• Assist in video shoots, including camera setup, lighting, sound, and general production support.
• Collaborate with the Media Producer to bring creative concepts to life, ensuring brand consistency across all videos and audio content.
• Organize video and audio assets, ensuring an efficient workflow and maintaining project deadlines.
• Apply post-production techniques such as colour correction and sound mixing.
• Ensure final video exports meet the technical requirements for various platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok.).
• Assist in maintaining video production equipment and software updates.

Qualifications:

• Experience with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Davinci Resolve, After Effects).
• Basic knowledge of filming techniques, including camera operation, lighting, and sound recording.
• Strong understanding of post-production processes like colour grading, audio syncing, and visual effects.
• A creative eye with attention to detail and the ability to maintain a high-quality standard.
• Good organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of social media video formats and trends is a plus.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in motion graphics (Adobe After Effects or similar).
• Experience in a fast-paced corporate environment, ideally within fintech or tech industries.
• Familiarity with shooting in both studio and on-location settings.
