We are seeking an experienced Director of Marketing to develop and manage the marketing and branding of our companies to multiple industries focusing on our Valve, Flange and Fittings product lines. This leadership role is ideal for a senior-level marketing leader with a proven track record of building and energizing overall brand and marketing strategy. It offers the opportunity to shape the brand’s market expansion and develop upon its brand loyalty focus, while working within a strong, values-driven culture that emphasizes collaboration, integrity, quality and safety. This role will lead our Marketing & Branding efforts while playing a critical part in driving the company’s continued growth and long-term vision. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with business leaders to build, develop and drive marketing strategies in alignment with product development and customer expansion. • Lead the planning, development, and execution of the overall marketing & brand strategy, ensuring clarity with both short-term business objectives and long-term brand vision. • Oversee all aspects of the marketing strategy and brand development at the business and product level, ensuring the brand's integrity and consistency within the marketplace. • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaign strategies to support business objectives and establish metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI. • Sourcing, recommending and implementing services for advertising, media, social, and digital, to leverage specialized expertise and amplify marketing efforts. • Creating content strategies based on business objectives, product focus, and audience segments across all marketing channels, including online, offline, and social platforms. • Staying informed of market trends and competitor strategies, conducting market research, and gathering insights to inform marketing decisions and stay ahead in the industry • Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications efforts, providing insights, analytics and recommendations for improvement and direction. • Inspire and develop a forward-thinking, results-driven marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. • Ensure consistent brand messaging and excellence across platforms, while directly partnering with other internal resources to ensure cohesive strategy execution. • Drive data-driven marketing strategies and leverage insights to influence decision-making across the organization. Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred • 10 years of senior level experience in brand and strategic marketing, within the manufacturing industry, with a strong preference for Valve, Flange & Fittings • Proven track record of leadership, managing cross-functional teams, while collaborating directly with peers. • Deep experience in leading multi-channel marketing campaigns, optimizing budgets, and driving measurable results across diverse consumer touchpoints. • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence key stakeholders across a matrixed organization, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives. • Demonstrated success in scaling brands, launching new products, and expanding into new markets, with a strategic, growth-oriented mindset.
