Hybrid Schedule:
Helen of Troy associates enjoy the advantages and flexibility of a hybrid working model, allowing for in office 3 days minimum, and remote 2 days. Any changes to this working model would be communicated accordingly.
What you will be doing:
The Graphic & Production Designer will be an integral team member on the Brand Design Team in the Marketing department for Hydro Flask. They will partner with internal and external teams to complete a variety of creative projects (i.e. retail signage, print & digital assets, Sales tools, tradeshow booth design, collateral, icon development, photo retouching, packaging, and presentations) and coordinate the design, layout, formatting and production of these materials. In addition to design, this role will handle digital asset libraries for the brand. The right candidate possess a strong sense of concept development and solid knowledge of asset production, communication, teamwork, problem-solving, keen attention to detail and troubleshooting skills.
Complete production design for marketing assets, including digital and print needs and conversion of files across multiple programs (retail, eComm, social media, etc). Build digital work in Figma in addition to print assets in Adobe. Concept Tradeshow booths and window displays. Work closely with Project managers, Brand Design team, ECommerce and Marketing to maintain project status, schedules and resourcing needs. Ensure all marketing creative files are packaged, stored and maintained accordingly. Work with various marketing vendors on file handoff, prep and delivery. Maintain current icon and color libraries in Figma, and create new product feature icons as needed. Produce additional Sales tools, as requested (Sales brochures, Sell Sheets, Line Glance, Barcodes, etc). Ensure all libraries contain the most current files for team reference. Manage in-house DAM (Aprimo/ Dropbox) and regularly upload final artwork, image, and creative files. Maintain Hydro Flask graphic asset libraries and brand standards. Provide seasonal updates to all creative resource banks. Work with external team members to maintain digital asset management and storage. Provide production support and oversight to ensure final product meets brand standards. Assist in product retouching /resizing within lifestyle image library. Manage, archive and maintain product asset library. Attend and assist in studio product photography shoots. Skills needed to be successful in this role:
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables, while adhering to project requirements and deadlines Ability to work closely with team for project management and resourcing needs Collaborate with other team members for project related needs and clarification, when needed Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or General Equivalency Degree 5+ years experience in consumer facing design and production (both print and digital) Solid understanding of consumer products and lifestyle industries Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree Extremely proficient and knowledgeable in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Digital Asset Management (Aprimo), Asana, and Microsoft Office Suite Some proficiency in 3D modeling, tradeshow booth and retail window display design Solid understanding of print production process and file delivery
