Join a dynamic team as a Commercial Lines Producer and take your career to the next level! We’re seeking a motivated sales professional with experience in commercial lines insurance who is eager to grow with us.
Who We're Looking For: A driven and results-oriented salesperson. A person with a winning attitude and natural charisma. A talented relationship builder with a knack for connecting with clients. What You'll Be Doing:
Use CRM tools, cold calling, email, and other channels to create new sales opportunities. Arrange meetings or calls with potential clients. Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing. Build and maintain a strong portfolio of clients. Collaborate closely with Account Managers and Insurance Carriers. Adapt to a hybrid work schedule that includes both remote and onsite work. Qualifications:
At least 3 year of experience in a sales role, with a proven track record of converting prospects into customers. Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals and a goal-oriented approach. Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License. Comfort with cold calling, research, and generating new prospects.
