Role Highlights
The Junior Art Admin at Vantage Apparel is a pivotal figure in the workflow, ensuring that customer artwork is handled with the utmost precision and efficiency across various printing methods. This role is integral to the production process, as the accuracy and quality of the artwork directly impact the final product.
Essential Duties
Embroidery / Laser / DTF / SP
Assign appropriate colorways to designs and save finalized embroidery files to the server. Download and verify outsourced files for accuracy, ensuring all details meet quality stand-ards. Ensure data accuracy and completeness for Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) and customers by sending proofs to both parties, with the CSR copied on all communications. Review emails from Customer Service, assess the quality of provided artwork, and evalu-ate the clarity of instructions. Organize and forward all necessary documentation to the digitizer or outsourced business partner. Update artwork statuses in Impress to keep the team informed. Conduct thorough reviews of all artworks received from digitizers or outsourced partners. Save embroidery files (DST, EMB) to Impress and internal drives for easy access and tracking. Maintain and update logos within Impress, ensuring records are accurate and up to date. Use correct coding in Impress to keep the Art Team informed of artwork status updates. Convert art files and adjust colors in Wilcom as needed for specific projects. Collaborate with CSRs to address and resolve any artwork issues or discrepancies. For webstore projects, assign colorways and save newly created logos to the server. Capture high-quality images of fabric swatches to ensure accurate color representation for design and production needs. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Customer Service Leadership Team Requirements

Knowledge of Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. Digitizing knowledge. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Superior customer service skills. Excellent written and verbal skills. Ability to problem solve. REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE COMPUTER SKILLS
Proven customer support experience. Strong follow up skills and active listening. Excellent communication. Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively. High school diploma, college degree preferred. Knowledge of consumer journey mapping for best-in-class experiences.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Demonstrated high proficiency with Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
