Community Manager
to join us at
Waterstone Landing Apartments
in
Perrysburg, OH.
In this leadership role, you'll tackle diverse challenges, oversee operations, and create exceptional living experiences for our residents-all while advancing your career and making an impact.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in property management in the multifamily residential industry. CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) or equivalent property management certification preferred. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with residents, vendors, and management. Exceptional customer service skills, focused on creating a positive living experience for residents. Ability to oversee and resolve a variety of challenges, including tenant concerns and maintenance issues. Proficiency in property management software, specifically Yardi, and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with budgeting, rent collection, and financial reporting. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently. Flexible availability for emergency situations and after-hours issues as needed. Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance required. Willingness to undergo drug and background checks upon a job offer. What You'll Do:
Oversee daily community operations to ensure a positive living experience for residents. Supervise maintenance, office, and leasing staff to ensure efficient operations, timely service, and apartment turnovers. Conduct property inspections to ensure units are ready for new tenants and maintain overall upkeep. Develop and implement community programs and events to enhance resident engagement. Coordinate vendor services, renovations, and improvement projects. Manage rent collections, handle delinquencies, and process deposits. Enforce lease terms and manage legal matters, including evictions. Monitor and manage community budgets, financials, and occupancy rates. Manage marketing efforts and ensure proper community advertising. Enforce community policies and maintain a safe, harmonious environment. Assist with staff hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Office Hours:
Monday - Friday, 9am to 6pm. Why Towne Properties is a Great Place to Work:

$75,000 - $80,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications), plus generous commissions and bonuses, with potential earnings averaging up to $17,000 per year. Benefits:
