General Position Summary and Purpose:
The Marketing Manager ensures marketing objectives are attained, while supporting the Bank's overall business goals and initiatives. The role collaborates with departments Bank-wide to ensure optimal execution of the Bank's strategic plan with a focus on digital marketing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for creating, implementing, and measuring the success of a comprehensive marketing program, utilizing available reporting and analytical tools, that will enhance the Bank's image and position within the marketplace.
Drives development and execution of brand strategy to capitalize on established reputation and expand awareness of the Bank in the market.
Develops and implements marketing plans and projects for new and existing products and services. Recommends and supports the development of coordinated campaigns and services.
Utilizes diverse marketing and communication channels with a focus on digital strategies and leverages new technologies for effective communication and engagement.
Creates and maintains collaborative partnerships with internal departments providing guidance on marketing, communications, and positioning of their activities.
Assumes responsibility for organizing and orchestrating events specifically designed to provide Bank visibility and presence in the community (i.e. Chamber Gala, Chili Cook-off, Sled Race).
Produces and utilizes data to identify growth opportunities, particularly for targeted and segmented marketing campaigns.
Ensures professional and consistent application of the Bank's desired image and position both internally and externally.
Recommends marketing budget, processes invoices, and performs budget reconciliations.
Leads creative, data-driven, results-focused marketing efforts to grow awareness.
Maintains excellent vendor relationships.
Works closely with the Compliance Officer to ensure all communication and advertising is in compliance with all regulations and rules.

Supervisory Responsibility:
Supervises the Marketing Coordinator, ensuring and providing quality training opportunities.
Allocates and coordinates department workflow.
Guides and advises Marketing Coordinator in more complex phases of department work.
Professional Relations:
Works professionally with all employees, customers, vendors or the general public to achieve goals and objectives of Claremont Savings Bank's vision, mission and values.
Enhances the Bank's image by providing representation and involvement in community activities and charitable, civic and social organizations.
Education/Certification:
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Four-year degree or a combination of education and experience preferred
Required Experience/Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Knowledge of marketing coordination and branding
Good working knowledge of English grammar
Bank or financial knowledge or experience preferred
At least three years' experience in marketing or public relations field
Demonstrated interest, aptitude, and passion for technology
Ability to develop rapport and work with a wide variety of people
Intermediate to advanced computer skills in Windows applications
Strong communication and presentation skills and strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Demonstrated capabilities in marketing including traditional, digital media, and social media
Understands customer data segmentation and customization strategies.
Ability to think strategically, creatively, and analytically
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
