SUMMARY

The Senior Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the creation and production of high quality RFQs, RFPs, presentations, award submittals, advertisements, and other marketing materials. This position is an integral part of S&P's internal and external marketing initiatives including, but not limited to, branding, events and activities, and company promotion.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Respond to RFPs and RFQs successfully; independently define, schedule, and manage the proposal preparation process Perform research, provide editing, and manage review schedule of submittal documents Generate custom copy for proposals and presentations, including technical writing/editing text, design layout, custom graphics, tailoring resumes, integrating schedules with minimal oversight and input from the marketing manager and/or business development manager Coordinate and maintain the internal flow and review of all proposal inputs and outputs Participate in local events, civic and professional group meetings, client industry trade associations and community and industry activities to enhance and promote the company Shortlist/Interview Strategy and Preparation Create client presentation/interview digital materials, including printed leave-behinds and other presentation materials Help prepare interview teams for client presentations Plan, analyze, and create graphics to support content in marketing material. Work with Marketing team to promote, execute, and document company outreach initiatives and volunteer projects/opportunities Serve as an ambassador for consistent firm branding efforts for S&P and the subsidiaries Assist with public relations and updating of various Social Media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) Lead website updates Assist with coordination and preparation of events, job fairs, conferences/tradeshows, publications, design journals, etc. Assist with maintaining firm database Create, maintain, and upkeep marketing collateral (project sheets, job signs, project listings, project listings, resumes, qualification packages, etc.) Assist junior level staff with learning and development of Company processes and procedures Actively participate in the onboarding and training of new team members Create and foster a learning and development environment to aid in career growth and advancement of self and team Other duties as assigned and needed PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES AND REQUIREMENTS

May require lifting and carrying light loads, 10 or more pounds (e.g., boxes, small equipment, materials) and stooping or kneeling (e.g., filing documents in lower file drawers, picking up items from floor, or removing and replacing items on lower shelving) Strong manual dexterity for the use of common office equipment (e.g., computers, mobile devices, copiers, etc.) Activities include extended periods of sitting, movement, and extensive work at a computer and phone. B.A. or B.S. in Marketing or related field Minimum 5 years of marketing experience Expert knowledge of presentation software, along with strong presentation design skills
