eCommerce and Marketing Channel Specialist

Job Summary of the eCommerce Amazon Channel Specialist
A successful candidate will carry out a cross-functional role with initiatives across our e-commerce, advertising, and marketing departments. This individual will support management as it relates to the day-to-day operations of the eCommerce and performance marketing team.
Duties/Responsibilities of the eCommerce Amazon Channel Specialist
Managing the eCommerce channel management, including Amazon (USA/EU/AU) product listing maintenance, A+ Content, product page creation, and updates. Supporting Amazon customer inquiries with timely and accurate follow-up. Assisting in the growth of ecommerce into international markets and new marketplace opportunities. Creating, managing, and analyzing digital advertising campaigns on Google and Meta to drive direct B2C website sales. Working closely with our marketing department to ensure goals and initiatives are being met. Analyze and present recommendations to the team for process improvement. Analytical review of ecommerce and website performance along with monthly reporting on key online trends, sales, inventory, and traffic. Complete in-house order fulfillment on slow-moving products not stocked at distribution centers. Assist the sales and marketing team as needed with additional support to facilitate tradeshows, training, email campaigns, social media, and website maintenance as requested. Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned. Required skills/abilities for the eCommerce Amazon Channel Specialist
Must be proactive, a self-starter, and thrive within a fast-paced environment Proficient in MS (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Familiarity with WordPress, Google Ads, Meta Advertising, Walmart, and Ebay selling platforms is a plus Must have strong organization skills and have a keen eye for detail Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Must possess a high level of integrity and be flexible to changing conditions Has the desire and ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge, Education, and Experience of the eCommerce Amazon Channel Specialist
Education: A college degree is preferred 1-2 Years of Amazon Seller Central experience required ACR offers the following benefits: We offer medical, dental, and vision, which ACR pays a portion of.
