Job Overview
As a Sr. Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our aesthetic energy-based device products. You will develop and implement marketing strategies, create sales enablement tools, and manage the product life cycle to achieve corporate goals. This role is ideal for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a passion for the aesthetic industry
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and manage key product lines to drive revenue growth.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective product execution.
· Conduct market research and analysis to inform product strategy.
· Manage the product life cycle to maximize performance and customer satisfaction.
· Lead new product launches with comprehensive go-to-market plans.
· Engage with Key Opinion Leaders to enhance product offerings and drive adoption.
· Provide training and support for sales teams.
· Develop compelling messaging and content to differentiate products.
· Collaborate with marketing communications team.
· Write white papers.
· Travel approximately 25% of the time.
Essential Requirements
· 3-5 years of product marketing experience, including new product launches in laser and pulsed light.
· Understanding of the medical device industry.
· Proficiency with presentations, Adobe, Excel, and project management tools.
· Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and project management.
· Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
· Ability to master scientific and technical content.
· Ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
· Leadership and teamwork skills.
· Can-do attitude and strong work ethic.
· Bachelor's degree.
