We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Director to join our Client Services team and lead strategic brand and business recommendations for our clients, direct our team members and vendors who build and execute marketing campaign, content and website update deliverables, analyze and optimize business results to deliver higher return on marketing plans, and build deep, trusted relationships with the leaders of our portfolio of world-class clients to achieve their revenue targets. Role Description: A Digital Marketing Director at AZDS is an experienced digital marketing leader with exceptional communication skills that is able to translate our clients' business goals and objectives into a digital marketing strategy; create, optimize and measure digital performance marketing campaigns; and manage complex digital initiatives involving numerous internal and external stakeholders. Our ideal candidate has experience developing and presenting data-driven marketing strategies with associate budgets to senior leadership, managing paid media campaigns across multiple digital channels, creating audience-centric CRM strategies, is familiar with making updates in WordPress and/or other website Content Management Systems, and has led 360-degree digital marketing campaign planning, optimization and reporting to deliver measurable results. This candidate should be fully comfortable being hands-on — getting into Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4 and website CMS platforms, and understands a range of digital marketing technology. From a leadership perspective, our ideal candidate can synthesize and translate data and insights from multiple sources into actionable strategic recommendations via effective business storytelling techniques, brings a consistently positive, can-do attitude and service-oriented mindset, can effectively manage several projects at once with high levels of leadership agility, and thrives in a dynamic, innovative, results-oriented atmosphere. Above all, your job will be to provide strategic partnership to our five-star clients in the same way they accommodate their guests, the world’s most discerning elite luxury travelers, and work side-by-side with them to accomplish their brand and business objectives. Working in one of the industry’s premier agencies, your role will be multi-faceted, ever evolving, and requires high levels of leadership in communication, emotional intelligence, a strong business-driving, yet servant leader mindset, with extensive digital expertise. Key Role Responsibilities: Lead Clients in strategic recommendations to deliver their digital revenue, visitation and conversion targets Deep understanding of digital marketing planning, campaign creation, website development, content tactics and other elements of 360-degree digital performance marketing Proficiency in digital advertising channels such as Google Ads, SEM, Display, Social Media, Metasearch, SEO, Email, Web Content, Website Feature Development and other digital channels Continually monitor performance and translate digital performance metrics into synthesized, actionable courses of action Develop budgets and roadmaps to deliver growth targets and present recommendations to Clients Create and present strategic marketing plans with recommended go-to-market channels Direct creative, messaging, and copywriting deliverables with strong adherence to clients’ brand voices and lexicons Lead performance meetings, prepare proposals, presentations, and other client communications and correspondence Lead and evolve multiple client relationships, including regular communication to measure and ensure satisfaction and success, across a variety of service verticals and projects Manage to project timelines and deadlines, constantly and proactively setting expectations with stakeholders Essential Experience & Leadership Qualities: Prior Director / Senior Manager leadership position, preferably in a Digital Performance Marketing role Strong knowledge and experience in digital paid advertising, with prior hands-on experience across multiple go-to-market channels Strong knowledge and experience in WordPress and/or other website CMS systems Strong knowledge and experience in SEO, CRM and digital content strategy Ability to lead and influence upwards and laterally 5 years proven experience in effective business storytelling, with highly-effective presentation skills with executive-level leaders A model in leadership agility Strong multitasking ability, while maintaining exceptional organization Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills Ability to effectively manage multiple client relationships Driven to set and exceed ambitious targets Able to creatively design innovative solutions for complex problems Proactively gets out front of stakeholders, clients and the industry Impeccable organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced environment, learn new programs and take initiative to develop new processes Compensation and Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience Hybrid work opportunity with 50% of work days able to be worked remotely Bonus opportunity 401(k) – 4% employer match (without vesting schedule and no compensation maximum) Health insurance (company pays 100% of monthly employee premium) Dental insurance (company pays 100% of monthly employee premium) Vision insurance (company pays 100% of monthly employee premium) Life insurance (company pays 100% of monthly employee premium) Generous paid time off policy Paid time off for all major holidays, as well as the week between Christmas and New Year’s Eve The estimated salary range for this role is $80-110k, depending on experience, with an additional annual bonus opportunity.
