NOTE: This is an onsite M-F position based at our New Orleans location. No remote or hybrid seeking applicants please. Preference will be given to local candidates.


Position Overview: As the Paid Digital Media Manager, you will be at the forefront of our mission to help us Move Medicine Forward by connecting patients with innovative clinical trials. Our Recruitment team is the heart of what we do here, and our clinical trials start with a strong foundation in patient recruitment—this position is heavily relied upon to make our studies successful. By leveraging analytics to target specific demographics and refine our messaging, you'll ignite engagement and attract qualified participants eager to make a difference in clinical research. Your data-driven insights will be key in optimizing our strategies and ensuring we reach the right individuals at the perfect moment. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute paid search & social to effectively recruit patients for clinical trials.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand clinical trial objectives, target demographics, and messaging requirements.
  • Utilize a variety of platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels to reach potential participants.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, A/B split testing and competitive analysis to optimize campaign performance.
  • Work closely with the recruitment team to develop engaging ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that resonate with patients and drive traffic.
  • Monitor campaign metrics, analyze data, and generate regular reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Help manage and allocate budgets across campaigns while continually seeking opportunities to improve ROI.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually enhance campaign effectiveness.


Qualifications: 

  • Required: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field or equivalent experience 
  • Required: Minimum 3-4 years of proven experience managing paid media advertising campaigns 
  • Required: Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Required: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and optimize campaign performance.
  • Preferred: Agency experience is a plus
  • Preferred: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Preferred: Proven to perform well under pressure, managing multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Preferred: Passion for healthcare innovation and improving patient outcomes through clinical research.
