Join us.Introduction to teamThe Traveler Engagement and Loyalty (TEaL) team builds relationships with travelers, driving engagement and loyalty by providing value through ownership of the loyalty program, credit card and targeted CRM.Make an impact!We are seeking a passionate and driven CRM professional to join our Traveler Engagement and Loyalty (TEaL) team. The Segment Marketing Senior Manager is responsible for delivering email, push, in product placements and landing pages, as well as playing a cross TEaL role in developing and executing Brand specific versions and actions.In this role, you will: Partner closely with Brand teams to determine the needs from TEaL to support emerging and planned strategies and activities in service of unique brand positioning.  Bring the perspective of the art of the possible and the realities of the practical to senior level working groups. Aggregate and prioritize actions and integrate with work planning across TEaL. The core work to support Brands will be creating versions and approaches for campaigns working closely with other TEaL groups to both tap expertise and align on actionsEnsure TEaL and this specific team deliver against Brand level objectives that are agreed based on specific initiativesWork on the conception of global campaigns for Expedia, Hotels.com and VRBO brandsLeverage insights and cross-segment learnings to identify opportunities and develop strategies for complex and innovative campaigns to drive key objectivesPrioritize which opportunities we should go after through business casingBe responsible for quarterly strategic plans to drive key objectives, working closely with relevant teamsSign off on test designs and final creative before sendBe accountable for core KPIs and communication with senior leadershipInfluence on our capability roadmap to enhance our campaignsExperience and qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or any other related fields; or equivalent related professional experienceAt least 6 years experience in a CRM role, preferably in the e-commerce and/or online marketing spaceAbility to collaborate with creative and marketing partners to develop innovative marketing campaignsAbility to influence across teams and partnersDemonstratable attention to detail in dealing with complex projects and time-sensitive initiativesProficient in the use of MS Office. Experience with Jira, Tableau, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other communication tools are all a plusThe total cash range for this position in Austin is $155,000.00 to $217,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $248,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience.
