We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Podcast Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll provide administrative support while assisting in the growth of the network across multiple areas. You will work cross-functionally with the production, social, marketing, and revenue teams, ensuring all departments are aligned. If you are extremely well-organized, have strong people skills, bring a fun and positive attitude, and are excited about podcasting and social media content, this is the perfect role for you.
This is a hybrid role located in Santa Monica, CA at the Tennis Channel headquarters.
What You’ll Do:
- Take a hands-on approach to supporting day-to-day operations across department
- Project manage pre-launch process for new shows and growth plans for existing programming
- Manage internal and external cross-promotion, organizing and creating campaigns, running analytics reports, and identifying guesting opportunities
- Maintain detailed show calendars and talent schedules, organizing teams on upcoming content, guests, and events
- Assist in relationships with third-party platforms, including Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and YouTube, for additional promotion and features
- Liaise with local stations to amplify podcasting and social content across various digital and linear channels
- Assist in building production, marketing, and sales materials and presentations
- Track upcoming awards and prepare submission materials
- Act as a liaison with division leaders, providing updates and timelines on various projects
- Create agendas and take detailed notes on internal meetings, following up with next steps
- Assist marketing and sales teams with sponsorship prep and execution
- Ideate new innovative ways to grow audiences across all digital and linear channels
- Keep up with podcasting, YouTube, and social trends and insights
- Support VP, Audio Programming on administrative responsibilities such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings with internal and external parties, maintaining project documentation, booking travel, processing expense reports, and other tasks.

Who You Are:
- Extremely organized, a high attention to detail, and superior people skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced media environment, juggling multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, meeting deadlines
- Very strong interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Creative, energetic, passionate, and excited to take on new challenges
- Working knowledge of production operations
- Experience with podcast platforms, YouTube, social media, and an understanding of SEO best practices
- Data-driven, problem solver, and adept at learning new processes
- Bachelor's degree in a related field with a passion for podcasts and social

The base hourly compensation range for this role is $21.65 to $28.85 per hour. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates’ relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, sick leave, vacation time, personal time, parental leave and employee stock purchase plan.
