Marketing Coordinator (Highland Park/Chicago)
Are you interested in a career in marketing at a growing employment law firm? We're in search of a dynamic marketing coordinator to support our senior staff in accomplishing our marketing objectives. Responsibilities
• Manage our webinars and online webinar series using Zoom and Webinar Kit.
• Support our B to B marketing efforts by coordinating and attending select industry trade shows.
• Manage firm and networking events.
• Report out all results statistics.
• Help marketing staff achieve our goals through the implementation of advertising, digital, and communication plans
• Oversee website, mailing lists, analytics, and SEO to ensure content is regularly updated with the most recent information
• Maintain our social media platforms including messages to our audience
• Create monthly breakdowns of our analytics on web and social, recommend improvements, and identify growth opportunities
• Develop branded marketing materials such as social posts, blogs, and web copy that is professional and well-written
Qualifications
• Experience marketing services or experience in the marketing department of a law firm is a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of current market trends
• Experience with social media platforms, CRM, CSM, and public relations
• 2+ years of experience in Marketing or related field
• Should be an experienced communicator with solid project management skills
• BA in Marketing or equivalent work experience required
