Job Summary
We are seeking an entry-level Marketing Assistant to support our growing marketing efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or an early-career marketing professional to gain hands-on experience and help shape our organization's marketing presence. Marketing presence will be vital in coordinating marketing communications, supporting events, and executing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and implement marketing communication projects, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.
  • Support the planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, and special events to promote products and services.
  • Assist in sourcing and developing content for digital marketing campaigns, including social media, advertising, and email marketing.
  • Create visual collateral and manage media assets to support marketing initiatives.
  • Track project progress and prepare regular status reports for key stakeholders.
  • Liaise with internal teams (sales, product development) and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain relationships with media contacts and assist with press releases and media outreach efforts.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Two years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, or event planning.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A creative mindset and attention to detail.
  • A local and stable work history is preferred.
