BRIEF DESCRIPTION
The Digital Lead Marketer leverages their expertise in online marketing to develop and execute a well-defined digital strategy to increase brand recognition and generate quality leads. Key responsibilities include generating leads, managing email marketing campaigns, SEO, Social Media assist in project proposal submission process, Google Ads Management, conducting competitor research, and collaborating with the marketing team to refine ongoing campaigns. This role also involves overseeing third-party marketing partners, managing digital platforms for proposals, and ensuring the success of online campaigns. The specialist will focus on driving brand growth, elevating BluSky's online reputation, and ultimately delivering high-quality leads to the sales team.
Salary Range: $80,000-$95,000

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
TRAVEL:
Less than 15% of time. Some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected for training or meetings.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
External Digital Marketing Responsibilities: Curate, Implement & Growth Marketing
- Coordinate digital marketing strategies which complies with the business initiatives and campaigns.
- Work with local and regional sales leaders to deliver relevant digital campaigns by market.
- Content creation, editing, and creative copywriting.
- Increase brand awareness and generate leads through email marketing campaigns
- Drives consistent, relevant traffic and leads to BluSky social channels and websites
- Explores new ways to engage and target social networks to reach BluSky's clients' target audiences.
- Assist with website updates, content, maintenance, and reporting.
- Support in the design and creation of visual assets such as video, animation, and graphics
- Oversee SEO, digital ads, email/social campaigns, and reporting results.
- Assist sales team in the delivery of proposals through our standard platforms
Internal Responsibilities: Educate, Train, Monitor
- Train and educate BluSky's staff on best practices of overall digital brand and marketing initiatives.
- Produce appropriate reporting and KPIs around digital marketing efforts.
- Drive the overall digital marketing efforts for the company.
- Support marketing team members with necessary data and digital efforts.
- Distribute marketing collected leads and opportunities to appropriate leaders.
- Assist and collaborate in the design and editing of graphics and videos with creative team.
Monitor Digital Activities: Report, Engage, Deliver
- Monitor digital marketing sentiment and address all positive and negative reflection on BluSky.
- Continue to research business-to-business digital efforts, lead generation opportunities that will be resourceful for BluSky.
- Stay on top of digital marketing trends.
- Maintain reports showing KPIs and ROIs from digital marketing efforts.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing with experience in a wide range of field practices, concepts, and strategies.
- Proficiency in graphics, social media and website updates.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing and digital production.
- Proven experience delivering a variety of digital assets, including rich media online ads, micro sites, email marketing strategies, and social media applications.
- Experience managing successful social media campaigns, and a solid understanding of social marketing.
- Familiar with Account Based Marketing online.
- Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data.
- Must be able to work under aggressive deadlines and manage multiple projects across multiple lines of business and software.
- Strong time management skills, excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience with Adobe Suite, HubSpot, Email marketing platforms, Google Profiles, Google Ads, SEO concept
- Bachelor's Degree or Certification in related field preferred.
