FLSA Status: Exempt

Schedule: Monday-Friday, Full-Time. However, due to the nature of the job and travel requirements, work may be required on limited occasions, such as weekends and holidays.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Developing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies that align with the company's overall business goals. This involves analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Team Leadership: Leading and managing sales and marketing teams to achieve targets. This includes hiring, training, and motivating team members to perform at their best.
  • Budget Management: Allocating and managing budgets for various sales and marketing activities, ensuring resources are used efficiently and effectively.
  • Sales Oversight: Directing all sales activities, setting sales targets, and monitoring performance. They are responsible for ensuring that sales goals are met or exceeded.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Overseeing the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and generate leads. This involves coordinating with creative teams to ensure consistent messaging across channels.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of sales and marketing strategies, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining solid relationships with key clients and partners to foster loyalty and increase sales opportunities.
  • Provide FUSION operator training, demonstrations, and support for new and existing SRS clients. This requires frequent national and international travel.
  • Continuously grow and maintain an intimate knowledge of customers, their missions, and how our products are utilized.
  • Work with Engineering and Operations teams to ensure all training materials are up to date and include newer software and hardware capabilities as they are developed.
  • Regularly interact with Defense and Commercial clients and be able to schedule and manage training plans and logistics efficiently.
  • Provide in-house FUSION operator training as needed.
  • Operate SRS' Rigid Hull Inflatable Boat (RHIB) and exercise the FUSION system in varying sea state and environmental conditions.
  • Ensure that all team members adhere to the company's quality assurance program.
  • Develop training courses, customer support processes, and after-after-market sales strategies.
  • Support program management and the development of proposals, requirements analysis, technical bulletins, and application notes.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Be able to lift and transport up to 65 lbs.
  • Can work in varying sea states and environmental conditions on small boats and other surface support vessels.
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods.
  • Ability to be mobile as related to business needs.

  • Regular domestic and international travel is required.
  • Valid passport for international travel.
  • Reliable means of transportation to report to work.
