As brand stewards, our team brings sky’s the limit thinking to our projects, ensuring we showcase the uniqueness of our brand while delivering multi-sensorial experiences to our consumers.Job ResponsabilitiesYour Impact to the Role: Lead Brand & Product Strategy - Lead teams to manage innovative product development in fresh’s strategic recruitment and long-term growth categories to increase brand awarenessDefine Strategy - Lead execution of product innovation strategies in partnership with cross-functional teams while improving profitability year-over-year including positioning, pricing, packaging design, distribution and forecasting. In addition, work closely with Operational partners to drive key program milestones.Identify Opportunities - Identify portfolio white space opportunities based on findings from sales data, market feedback, consumer insights, social listening, CRM data and transposition from other industries.Build 360 Campaigns - Lead execution of product marketing and messaging strategy to brief programs to Creative, Digital, Social, PR and lead go-to-market asset development and strategyDay to day responsibilities- Analysis of market dynamics to aid in forecasting, pricing for new innovation. Brief packaging and innovation teams on new innovation needs. Work with copy, creative, and channel owners to create 360 activations to bring campaigns to life. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on activations to support core business. Close partnership with consumer insights to gain a deep understanding of consumer trends, needs, and find the whitespace for fresh.Your Impact in Your First Year: Lead key East-focused categories and families- Present to the CEO on strategy for core categories and launches. Lead execution endeavors across cross functional partners.Lead innovation execution – Present to CEO & founders on future white space opportunities. Build and execute 3-year calendar to match fresh’s profitability and brand awareness objectivesIdeate - Partner with key partners in product innovation and operations to visualize future launches and campaigns, with the intent of keeping fresh ahead of competitorsBuild our Brand- be the steward of the future of fresh, partnering with our channel marketing teams to come up with new ‘big’ ideas to reach our target consumer while remaining true to who we are.
