POSITION SUMMARY As the Vice President of Partnership Marketing, you'll lead a dynamic team responsible for crafting and executing strategic marketing campaigns and activations that elevate our brands and our partner's brands and deliver measurable results. Through exceptional service and creative collaboration, you will ensure that both our club and our partners achieve their business objectives and maintain a strong, positive presence. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as a key leadership member of the Corporate Partnerships team, working with the VP of CP Sales and CRO to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue generation, partner activation, and long-term growth for club and partner brands.
- Lead the Partnership Marketing team in designing and implementing innovative marketing campaigns and activations that achieve organizational and partner outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring their brand objectives are met through creative, high impact marketing solutions that resonate with our fan bases.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Attract and retain top talent, ensuring a diverse, inclusive and engaged team that aligns with our organizational mission, values and goals.
- Identify and nurture future leaders within the team, ensuring a strong pipeline of talent for the organization.
- Work closely with the People & Culture team and leaders to create impactful strategies to improve employee engagement and performance.
- Collaborate closely with the People & Culture team and leadership to develop and implement strategies that enhance employee engagement, foster a positive work environment, and drive high performance within the Partnership Marketing team.
- Investigate and implement cutting-edge technologies, including AI tools, to enhance marketing strategies, improve partner engagement, and drive operational excellence.
- Collaborate to develop and implement renewal strategies that exceed goals, ensuring the retention and growth of key partnerships.
- Create and manage the department's annual budget, working regularly with the Finance department to ensure responsible and sustainable business practices that contribute to overall profitability.
- Work closely with department heads across Ticketing, Marketing, Social Impact, Business Strategy & Analytics, Finance, and Premium Hospitality to align partnership strategies with organizational goals and maximize revenue opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in leading high-performing teams within sponsorships, client services, sports/event marketing, agency, or media, with a focus on driving measurable outcomes.
- Demonstrated leader with experience developing and executing business strategy and related supporting initiatives.
- Exceptional people management and leadership skills, with a proven track record of cultivating talent, fostering teamwork, and creating a positive, inclusive work environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive revenue generation and make informed decisions.
- Strong curiosity and a proactive approach to exploring new advancements in marketing, with a proven ability to integrate innovative solutions, including AI tools, to enhance brand strategies and deliver value to partners.
- Flexibility to adapt in a rapidly changing environment managing multiple priorities with efficiency and effectiveness.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
- This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, combining remote work with on-site responsibilities at our Headquarters & Training Facility in Renton, WA, as well as attending matches at Lumen Field and the Starfire Training Facility.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must reside within Washington state upon date of hire.
- Must be able to facilitate own local travel.
- Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
- Responsibilities include regular work outdoors and may require standing on feet for long periods of time, as well as some lifting of up to 20 pounds.
